County of Stanislaus, et al., 1S Defendants. 16 Plaintiffs McKenzie and Dylan Olivares, along with three of their minor children, filed 18 this action against the County of Stanislaus and several individual defendants almost two years 19 ago, in May of 2022. See generally Compl., ECF No. 1. The case is currently proceeding on 20 their first amended complaint, ECF No. 9, with Todd Kraft acting as guardian ad litem for the three minor plaintiffs. See Order (Jan. 17, 2023), ECF No. 29 (appointing Kraft). Fact discovery 22 has closed, and the filing deadline for dispositive motions is in October of this year.
