(“Plaintiff”) for the award of attorney’s fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). (Doc. 35). Plaintiff requests an award of attorney’s fees in the amount of $7,000 to counsel for Plaintiff, Jonathan O. Pena. Id. On December 29, 2023, the Court issued an order granting Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and remanding this action for further proceedings under sentence four 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). (Doc. 33).
