17 I. INTRODUCTION Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to file a first amended complaint, filed on February 21, 2024. (ECF No. 21.) The motion is currently set for hearing on March 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 9. The period for Defendants to have filed a timely objection has now passed. L.R. 230(c).
