15 Defendant. 16 Plaintiff Jessica Jane Grider (“Plaintiff”) commenced this action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) to review a decision of Defendant Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant” or “Commissioner”) denying her application for Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) for lack of disability. (Doc. 1). Plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment on June 24, 2022, to which Defendant filed an opposition on August 8, 2022. (Docs. 18, 20). The matter is currently before the Court on the Administrative Record (“AR”) and the parties’ briefs, which were submitted without oral argument. (Doc. 12).
