Ceja, and P. Ibarra. On February 14, 2024, the jury entered its verdicts, finding Hernandez and Ibarra liable for using excessive force against Plaintiff on March 20, 2019, and awarding Plaintiff both compensatory and punitive damages. (Doc. 183.) On February 15, 2024, the Court’s Deputy Clerk entered a Final Judgment in accordance with the jury’s verdict. (Doc. 186.)
