Hernandez, J. Ceja, and P. Ibarra. On February 14, 2024, the 19 jury entered its verdicts, finding Hernandez and Ibarra liable for using excessive force against 20 Plaintiff on March 20, 2019, and awarding Plaintiff both compensatory and punitive damages. 21 (Doc. 183.) On February 15, 2024, the Court’s Deputy Clerk entered a Final Judgment in 22 accordance with the jury’s verdict.
