19 INTRODUCTION 20 Plaintiff Jonathan Dean Ivan Munoz (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of 21 the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his application for supplemental 22 security income under Title XVI of the Social Security Act. The matter is currently before the Court 23 on Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and the parties’ briefs, which were submitted, without 24 oral argument, to Magistrate Judge Barbara A. McAuliffe.2 25
