15 16 Plaintiff Tylo Jerome Felix, Jr., is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights 17 action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This amended order corrects a scrivener’s error in 18 the Conclusion and Order section to correct the named defendants in the new action only. (See 19 III., 3., below.) 20 I.
