14 KERN COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, et al., PLAINTIFF’S OBJECTIONS DUE APRIL 4, 15 2024 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a county jail inmate proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action seeking relief 18 under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 19 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On January 2, 2024, Plaintiff was ordered to file a completed in forma pauperis 21 application. ECF No. 3. At that time, Plaintiff was given forty-five days to comply with the 22 Court’s order and he was cautioned that failure to do so would result in the dismissal of this 23 matter.
