On February 13, 2024, the Court 21 screened Plaintiff’s complaint, found no cognizable claims, and granted Plaintiff thirty days to 22 file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 9.) Plaintiff filed a first amended complaint on March 11, 23 2024. (ECF No. 10.)
