(“GEO”) to dismiss counts seven and eight of the operative second amended complaint brought by Plaintiff Sylvia Ahn (“Plaintiff”). (Doc. 48). Plaintiff filed an opposition on May 22, 2023 and GEO filed a reply on June 6, 2023. (Docs. 52, 53). For the reasons set forth below, GEO’s motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part.1 I.
