(“GEO”) to 15 dismiss counts seven and eight of the operative second amended complaint brought by Plaintiff 16 Sylvia Ahn (“Plaintiff”). (Doc. 48). Plaintiff filed an opposition on May 22, 2023 and GEO filed 17 a reply on June 6, 2023. (Docs. 52, 53). For the reasons set forth below, GEO’s motion to 18 dismiss is granted in part and denied in part.1 19 I.
