18 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Tara Lyn Carreon’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. (ECF No. 41.) Also pending before the Court is Defendant Janelle St. Pierre’s (“St. Pierre”) Motion to Amend the Answer. (ECF No. 49). Both motions have been fully briefed.
