17 This matter is before the Court on Defendants Butte County Sheriff Korey L. Honea, in 18 his individual and official capacities (“Sheriff Honea”); Butte County Deputy Sheriffs Joseph 19 George (“Deputy George”) and Casey O’Hern (“Deputy O’Hern”), in their individual and official 20 capacities; and Butte County’s (collectively, “County Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss. (ECF No. 21 6.) Also before the Court is Defendants Wellpath, LLC; Wellpath Management, Inc.; Crystal 22 Comer (“Comer”); Tanya Atkinson (“Atkinson”); and Pamela Johansen’s (“Johansen”) 23 (collectively, “Wellpath Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss. (ECF No. 23.)
