Plaintiff Christopher Brandon Davis is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. I. INTRODUCTION On February 28, 2024, Plaintiff filed a document titled “Motion for the Request for an Investigator.” (Doc. 41.)
