ORDER 14 CITY OF SACRAMENTO, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff Parvin Olfati filed this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This matter is 18 before the undersigned for all purposes including trial and entry of judgment pursuant to the 19 parties’ consent and the court’s order of January 12, 2024. (ECF No. 208.) Plaintiff’s motion for 20 summary judgment is before the court. (ECF No. 154.) This matter is suitable for decision 21 without oral argument and was taken under submission without oral argument on April 25, 2023. 22 (ECF No. 166.) For the reasons set forth below, plaintiff’s motion is granted in part, against 23 defendants Robinet and Stanionis for unreasonable search of plaintiff’s residence curtilage and 24 unreasonable seizure of plaintiff’s person in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
