ORDER 14 SINGH PRAVEEN, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state inmate proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action 18 seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States 19 Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On March 1, 2023, Defendant filed a Motion for Summary Judgement. (Mot. 21 Summ. J. (“MSJ”) (ECF No. 32)), which Plaintiff opposed (Opp’n (ECF No. 41)). On 22 December 19, 2023, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations herein 23 which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any 24 objections to the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen 25 days.
