Plaintiff was granted thirty days to file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 8.) Plaintiff timely filed a First Amended Complaint on November 30, 2023. (ECF No. 10.) He filed an additional, and substantively similar document titled “First Amended Complaint” on December 18, 2023. (ECF No. 11.)
