14 C/O PETERSON, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant 18 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On December 20, 2023, defendants Peterson, Andrichuk, Ma, McDonald, 19 Strong and Lynch removed this action from state court. (ECF No. 1.) 20 On January 26, 2024, the court dismissed plaintiff’s amended complaint with leave to file 21 a second amended complaint. (ECF No. 7.) The court ordered that defendants were not required 22 to respond to the second amended complaint until ordered by the court. (Id.) 23 On March 18, 2024, plaintiff filed a second amended complaint. (ECF No. 12.)
