Following a Solano County jury trial, petitioner was found guilty 19 of first-degree murder. ECF No. 13-4 at 186. On June 6, 2019, petitioner was ordered to serve 20 50-years-to-life imprisonment. Id. Here, petitioner presents three claims. For the reasons which 21 follow, the court will recommend that petitioner’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus be denied. 22 I.
