17 On March 18, 2024, the undersigned issued findings and recommendations on plaintiff North American Company for Life and Health Insurance’s (“plaintiff”) motion for default judgment against defendant Astika Lata ( “defendant”) and ordered the clerk’s office to assign a district judge to this matter. (ECF No. 20.) On March 28, 2024, plaintiff filed objections in which plaintiff informed the court that the findings and recommendations referred to an incorrect subject life insurance policy number. The court apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this clerical error.
