(Docs. 2, 4) 16 17 18 Plaintiff Orallia Lopez (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of an administrative decision of 19 the Commissioner of Social Security denying Plaintiff’s claim for disability benefits under the 20 Social Security Act. (Doc. 1). Plaintiff did not pay the filing fee and instead filed an application 21 to proceed in forma pauperis (or “IFP”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (Doc. 2). Plaintiff’s 22 application did not contain sufficient information for the Court to determine whether Plaintiff is 23 entitled to proceed IFP, and on March 25, 2024, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file a long-form 24 IFP application.
