Plaintiff Francisco Vega, Jr., is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights 17 action. This case proceeds on Plaintiff’s First Amendment retaliation claims against Defendants 18 Soto, Noujaime, and Borba. (ECF No. 15). This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff’s “motion 19 to enforce/notify witnesses/institutions of deposition.” (ECF No. 96) (minor alterations for 20 readability). Plaintiff’s motion asks the Court to send notice of depositions to prison officials for 21 witnesses to be deposed on April 26, 2024. 22 However, as the Court has instructed Plaintiff multiple times, in order to obtain this 23 testimony, Plaintiff must fill out and return subpoenas to the Court that indicate witness and the 24 date and time of…
