(“Compl.”) (Docket No. 36)) after 22 the court dismissed without prejudice all but one of his third 23 amended complaint’s claims with leave to amend. (Order (Docket 24 No. 35).) The court now considers defendants Siskiyou County and 25 Andrea Fox’s latest motion to dismiss.1 (Mot. (Docket No. 36).) 26
