18 Plaintiff Jahmal Davis is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights lawsuit filed 19 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff initiated this action by filing a complaint on February 15, 2024. (ECF No. 1). Plaintiff also submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) (ECF No. 2), which was not complete.
