20 21 Plaintiff Isaac Mongia, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, initiated this civil action 22 by filing a complaint on August 18, 2023. (ECF No. 1). On October 20, 2023, Plaintiff filed a 23 motion for leave to amend his complaint. (ECF No. 7). On November 11, 2023, the Court granted 24 Plaintiff’s motion and directed Plaintiff to file an amended complaint “within 90 days of this 25 order.” (ECF No. 8).
