(Doc. 1). On April 1, 2024, Plaintiff filed a motion to proceed in forma 21 pauperis. (Doc. 4). On April 2, 2024, the Court denied the motion without prejudice as 22 Plaintiff’s sworn attestation was undated. (Doc. 5).
