Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion for summary judgment for failure to exhaust the administrative remedies, filed February 20, 2024. I. RELEVANT BACKGROUND This action is proceeding against Defendants Figueroa and Chavez for failure to protect under the Eighth Amendment and retaliation under the First Amendment.
