(Docs. 2, 3, 7, 8) 16 17 18 Plaintiff Anthony Jerome Laws (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of an administrative 19 decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying his claim for disability benefits under 20 the Social Security Act. (Doc. 1). Plaintiff did not pay the filing fee and instead filed an 21 application to proceed in forma pauperis (or “IFP”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (Doc. 2). 22 Plaintiff’s application did not contain sufficient information for the Court to determine whether 23 Plaintiff is entitled to proceed IFP, and on March 18, 2024, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file a 24 long-form IFP application.
