18 19 Candace Smith (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, filed a complaint in this action on 20 February 15, 2024. (ECF No. 1.) Plaintiff did not pay the filing fee in this action and instead 21 filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (ECF No. 2.) 22 Upon review of the application, the Court found Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma 23 pauperis was incomplete. (ECF No. 3.) Specifically, Plaintiff stated she was currently 24 employed but failed to state her take-home salary or wages. (Id. at 1.)
