17 This matter is before the court on defendants’ motion to dismiss filed on January 16, 2024. (Doc. No. 42.) On January 24, 2024, defendants’ motion was taken under submission on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). (Doc. No. 43.) For the reasons explained below, defendants’ motion to dismiss will be granted.
