17 18 This matter is before the court on the motion to dismiss filed by defendants Sierra Health 19 and Wellness Centers LLC, Sierra Health and Wellness Group LLC, and Recovery Happens 20 Counseling Services, Inc. (collectively, the “moving defendants”) on February 1, 2024. (Doc. 21 No. 25.) On February 22, 2024, the pending motion was taken under submission on the papers. 22 (Doc. No. 27.)
