Background 21 Following a Sacramento County jury trial, petitioner was found guilty of burglary, 22 attempted carjacking, assault with a deadly weapon, malicious harm to a peace officer’s dog, 23 vehicular evasion, and vandalism. ECF No. 8-2 at 159-160. 24 Petitioner’s sentence was modified on appeal. The sentence petitioner now serves is as 25 follows: 26 1.
