Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for a temporary restraining order, filed April 4, 2024. (ECF No. 44.) Plaintiff contends that he is being subjected to harassment and reprisal because he filed the instant action. More specifically, Plaintiff contends that since filing this action he has been beaten by correctional officers and he has been prevented from being transferred to another prison, despite his eligibility.
