Petillo is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights 18 action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for a temporary restraining order, filed 20 April 4, 2024. (ECF No. 44.) Plaintiff contends that he is being subjected to harassment and 21 reprisal because he filed the instant action.
