In his first, a Motion for Appointment of Guardian ad Litem, Plaintiff 19 requests the appointment of Ms. Shadale L. Williams, a fellow inmate at R.J. Donovan 20 Correctional Facility, as his guardian ad litem. (Doc. No. 8). In support, Plaintiff attaches the 21 Declaration of Ms. Williams. (Doc. No. 9).
