ORDER 13 UNKNOWN, 14 Defendants. 15 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action seeking relief 17 under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 18 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 19 On March 14, 2024, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 20 which were served on Plaintiff, and which contained notice to Plaintiff that any objections to the 21 findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. (ECF No. 7.) The time to 22 file objections has passed, and Plaintiff did not file any objections. 23 The Court presumes that any findings of fact are correct. See Orand v.
