McCAULEY, et al., 14 Defendants. 15 16 Plaintiff, a former state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action seeking 17 relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 18 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 19 On March 19, 2024, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 20 which were served on all parties, and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to 21 the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. (ECF No. 147.) The 22 time to file objections has passed, and neither party has filed any objections. 23 The Court presumes that any findings of fact are correct. See Orand v.
