16 17 Pending before the Court is the parties’ stipulation for award of attorney’s fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). (Doc. 26). The parties agree to an award of attorney’s fees to Plaintiff Genaro Valentine Morales (“Plaintiff”) counsel, Jonathan O. Peña in the amount of $6,500.00, pursuant to EAJA, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). Id. On January 10, 2024, the Court granted the parties’ stipulated motion for a voluntary remand and remanded the case pursuant to sentence four of U.S.C. § 405(g) to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings.
