In the same order, plaintiff was cautioned against filing excessive motions. ECF No. 18 at 5. Plaintiff was specifically informed that filing additional motions without amending his complaint would result in those motions being struck from the docket as filed in violation of a court order. Id. Since that time, plaintiff has filed three additional motions, one separate “notice,” and two letters to the court. ECF Nos. 23-28. By order dated January 10, 2024, plaintiff was granted an extension of 90 days to file an amended complaint. The extended deadline has now passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint.
