FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS 14 ROB BONTA, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 By order filed December 1, 2023, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days 18 leave to file an amended complaint was granted. In the same order, plaintiff was cautioned 19 against filing excessive motions. ECF No. 18 at 5. Plaintiff was specifically informed that filing 20 additional motions without amending his complaint would result in those motions being struck 21 from the docket as filed in violation of a court order. Id. Since that time, plaintiff has filed three 22 additional motions, one separate “notice,” and two letters to the court. ECF Nos. 23-28. 23 By order dated January 10, 2024, plaintiff was granted an extension of 90 days to file an 24 amended complaint.
