On March 22, 2024, 19 the parties filed a Joint Statement re: Discovery Disagreement. (ECF No. 126.) Pursuant to 20 Local Rule 302(c)(1) this matter came before the undersigned on April 5, 2024, for hearing of 21 plaintiff’s motion to compel. (ECF No. 151.) Attorney Ryan Snyder appeared on behalf of 22 plaintiff, who was also present. Attorney John Whitefleet appeared on behalf of defendants. 23 After hearing oral argument, plaintiff’s motion was taken under submission. 24 I.
