14 SOLANO COUNTY JAIL, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 By an order filed March 5, 2024 (ECF No. 5), plaintiff was ordered to file a properly 18 completed in forma pauperis affidavit with a certified copy of the inmate trust account statement 19 for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint. Plaintiff was 20 cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. 21 The thirty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order or filed 22 the required documents. 23 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is 24 directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 25 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF 26 No. 2) be denied as incomplete and this action be dismissed without…
