SOLANO COUNTY JAIL, et al., Defendants. 16 By an order filed March 5, 2024 (ECF No. 5), plaintiff was ordered to file a properly completed in forma pauperis affidavit with a certified copy of the inmate trust account statement for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint. Plaintiff was cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. The thirty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order or filed the required documents.
