Presently 19 pending before the court is plaintiff’s motion for default judgment against defendant Chi Mai 20 (“defendant”).2 (ECF No. 18.) 21 For the reasons discussed below, the court now recommends that plaintiff’s motion for 22 default judgment be granted in part and denied in part. 23
