Defendant Gustaveson has filed a reply to the request. ECF No. 46. In it, 21 he states that he has no objection to Plaintiff’s request. Id. at 1. Defendant however requests that 22 should a settlement conference be set that the trial date, which is currently scheduled May 29, 23 2024, be vacated and that the dates in the Court’s pretrial order be stayed pending the outcome of 24 the settlement conference.
