FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS 14 TARA RUSSELL, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 By order filed January 24, 2024, the complaint was screened and found to not state a 18 claim for relief. ECF No. 10. Plaintiff was given thirty days to file an amended complaint and 19 cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Id. 20 at 8-9. After plaintiff failed to file an amended complaint, they were given an additional twenty- 21 one days to amend the complaint and warned that failure to do so would result in a 22 recommendation that this action be dismissed without further warning. ECF No. 12. Twenty-one 23 days have now passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded 24 to the court’s order. 25 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the complaint be dismissed for 26 failure to state a claim for the reasons set forth in…
