17 Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) raises claims against Defendants 18 based on Plaintiff’s contact with Shasta County Sheriff’s Deputies and Animal Control 19 Officers in three separate incidents in July 2019. The SAC contains a number of 20 claims but centrally contends that the officers involved in these events unlawfully 21 searched and seized Plaintiff, utilized excessive force, and ultimately initiated 22 malicious prosecutions of Plaintiff.
