19 20 Plaintiff Robert Hackworth, Jr., is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 21 pauperis in this civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This action proceeds on 22 Plaintiff’s constitutional claims against Defendant Arevalos. (Doc. 89.) 23 I. INTRODUCTION 24 On August 15, 2023, the undersigned conducted a settlement conference.
