Plaintiff did not file any opposition and the time to do so has expired. Local Rule 230(c). The Court grants Defendant’s Motion. BACKGROUND Plaintiff initiated this action by filing a prisoner civil rights Complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Doc. No. 1).
