As set forth below, the 19 undersigned recommends that the motion be granted, and judgment be entered. 20 Background 21 On November 20, 2023, plaintiff’s former attorney moved to withdraw. (ECF No. 52.) 22 On November 27, 2023, defendant Sanga filed a motion for summary judgment.
