17 18 Defendant’s motion for a protective order related to plaintiff’s deposition of defendant’s 19 corporate representative is pending before this court.1 (ECF No. 133.) Defendant filed the 20 motion for a protective order on March 15, 2024, and noticed it for a hearing on April 10, 2024. 21 (ECF No. 133.) The parties filed a joint statement regarding the discovery dispute on March 27, 22 2024. (ECF No. 134.) On April 3, 2024, plaintiff filed an opposition to the motion for a 23 protective order. (ECF No. 138.) 24 For the reasons below, the court grants defendant’s motion for a protective order. 25 //// 26
