Plaintiff filed this breach of contract action against defendants Northpoint Transportation, Inc., (Northpoint) Jasvir Kaur, and Amandeep K. Dhami on April 7, 2023, and moved for default judgment on September 13, 2023. (ECF Nos. 1, 10.) Plaintiff filed supplemental briefing and evidence on March 21, 2024. (ECF Nos. 14, 15.) For the reasons set forth below, the undersigned recommends that plaintiff’s motion for default judgment be granted in part. //// //// //// 28 I.
