18 Plaintiff Patrick Booth is detained at Madea County Jail and he is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against various Madea County Jail employees. (ECF No. 1). Plaintiff claims that defendants are not providing him with sufficient toilet paper, keeping the lights on, and will not provide him medical care for his eyes hurting because the jail keeps the lights on.
