On 18 March 26, 2024, the court denied plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis and ordered 19 plaintiff to pay the filing fee within thirty days of receiving the order. (ECF No. 23.) Over thirty 20 days from March 26, 2024 passed, and plaintiff did not pay the filing fee. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed. 22 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 23 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
